My Teaching Goals: I desire as a teacher to be able to impact the lives of my young students in a positive way, both educating their minds and shaping their hearts as they grow into the individuals they are destined to become. I hope to accomplish this goal through integrating new technological developments and differentiated lessons in order to give every student in my class the chance to reach his/her full potential.
My Philosophy of Education: Through combining elements of essentialism with more progressivist methods, students can achieve a fundamental understanding of a subject and the knowledge of how to learn. Encouraging these strategies urges the learner to take the basal level knowledge and find their own growth fueled by the desire to learn. Through this combination of ideals educators are able to ready students for a bright future filled with life-long learning
